PARC Vice President Addresses Students at Georgetown University

On February 18, PARC's Vice President & Deputy Director, Matthew Barge, addressed students at Georgetown University regarding his work in Cleveland and Chicago and on the role of community collaboration and substantive police reform.  He lectured on the routes available for the law to address problematic policing activities or trends and on the specific policies, processes, and programs that can strengthen the community's confidence and trust in law enforcement.
