Current Projects


Current projects include: evaluating the Denver Police Department’s training, tactics, policies, investigations, and reviews relating to officer-involved shootings; assisting Special Counsel to Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors (PARC President Merrick Bobb) in monitoring the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department; assessing Pasadena’s Police-Community Mediation and Dialogue Program; evaluating the Portland Police Bureau’s training, tactics, policies, investigations, and reviews relating to officer-involved shootings; providing expert advice and services to law firms and businesses on security policies or practices, especially in relation to allegations of racial profiling and false arrest; and assisting the Monitor for the Town of Wallkill’s police force.
